# Overview

I wanted a new online portfolio and decided to leverage that desire as an opportunity to learn about Static Site Generators (SSG) and the modern Jamstack ecosystem. The end result is an Eleventy template named Fernfolio that helps developers launch their own high-quality portfolio in minutes.
